Cancellation policy

At TechsDeck, we strive to provide a smooth and flexible shopping experience. Please review our cancellation policy for purchase options below:

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 8 hours of order placed. In some cases, we do verify the orders over a recorded telephonic calls and in those cases if the order is verified over the phone after the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return as per our Return Policy.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

• You may cancel pre-orders or backorders within 8 hours of order placed after that no refund will be issued against cancellation.

Subscription & Payment Plans

• Subscription-based purchases can be canceled before the next billing cycle.
• For installment payment plans, cancellations must be requested before the first installment is charged.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
